How to become a wedding / event planner? I love weddings! And parties! But what I love most, she is not really celebrate (except for my wedding, LOL), its planning! I love the design and implementation of invites! I love all the beautiful flowers and creating centerpieces! I obsessed about color palettes and patterns ... In addictive! I have planned, my little sisters bridal shower and it was a total hit! It was a petal-pink damask and black theme, with homemade muffins, sandwiches, macaroons, and tons of coordinating details! For my own wedding, Im doing everything myself. I designed and built in invitations, and a whole suite with pocketfold closure. I even made the pocketfolds me! In all BM make gifts yourself. I've already designed the floral arrangements and the rest of the paper products. And the wedding isn't until May! LOL Everyone tells me that I really have a vocation. Its something I love to do, and Id love to be able to do to make a living. But I have no idea where to start ... I shall call, local planners and ask that they shade? Or maybe get a job with them? And how can I get my foot in the door with local suppliers? Any help and advice is very welcome! Thank you! OH, and I already have a name ... Fete) What do you think?
